By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Zoron on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. The Services
Zoron lets you create, deploy, and supervise AI agents that act within systems you connect. Agents operate under policies you author and approve. You are responsible for reviewing agent specifications before activation and for the policies under which your agents act.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by agents you have activated.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, send unsolicited communications at scale, attempt to circumvent autonomy safeguards or approval gates, or reverse engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Services or other users.
5. AI outputs and agent actions
AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Zoron provides supervision, approval, and audit tooling, but you retain responsibility for consequential decisions executed through your connected systems. Irreversible actions always require human execution.
6. Third-party services
Connected services (such as email providers and payment processors) are governed by their own terms. Zoron accesses them only under the permissions you grant and does not control their availability or conduct.
7. Fees
