These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zoron's services, including the Zoron platform, website, and any related applications or tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Zoron.
1. User Eligibility
Zoron is available to users aged 18 and above. While anyone can use the platform, it is designed primarily for business users seeking to grow their brand and reach customers through AI-powered marketing.
2. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Zoron may terminate accounts in cases of non-payment, abuse, or any illegal activities.
3. Service Availability
Zoron is currently in beta. While we strive for uninterrupted access, we guarantee a 99% uptime during this phase. Temporary interruptions may occur as we improve the platform.
4. Pricing & Billing
Zoron is free to use during the beta phase. We may introduce paid plans in the future. The availability of a free plan beyond beta cannot be guaranteed. Since there is no billing during beta, a refund policy is not applicable.
5. Termination & Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, all user data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
6. Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of all content generated via Zoron. This content is published to the user's designated business channels and may be freely used by the user without restrictions.
7. Use Restrictions
Users must not engage in activities that harm Zoron's business or services, including but not limited to reverse engineering, abuse of the platform, or promoting illegal businesses.
8. Disclaimers & Warranties
Zoron is provided "as is" during its beta phase, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results or outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or revenue arising out of your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
11. Third-Party Tools
Zoron may integrate third-party tools and services to improve functionality. Use of such tools is subject to the respective third-party terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be notified on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
